At Regency Furniture, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in original condition. Please note that custom upholstery and final sale items are not eligible for exchange or refund.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and review eligibility.

  • 2.
    Prepare the Item

    Carefully disassemble the furniture if necessary and place it back in its original packaging with all hardware, manuals, and protective padding included.

  • 3.
    Schedule Pickup or Shipping

    For large furniture pieces, we will coordinate a professional freight pickup; for smaller accents, use the provided prepaid shipping label at any authorized drop-off location.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our warehouse team inspects the item to confirm its condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
